Architect:-

Job Description:- In-depth understanding of Java/ .NET/ VC++.

· Experience in driving architecture/solution for large product development or application projects.

· Ability to guide, motivate and mentor development engineers.

· High Process-orientation.

· Partner closely with the team’s engineering manager to recruit, develop, and retain the team’s engineering staff.

· Analytical capability with deep interest in learning and problem-solving.

· Very high levels of personal effectiveness – must demonstrate trustworthiness and ownership.

Experience:-9+ Years.


SeniorDeveloper:-

Job Description:- Java with Springs & Hibernate.

Experience:-4-6 Years.

Tech Lead:-

Job Description:- Experience in Java with Springs & Hibernate.

· Experience in dealing with a team size of 6-10 people. Ability to motivate and technically mentor team members.

· Experience in Agile Development.

· Project Planning, Effort Estimation and Tracking Development metrics.

· Identify dependencies, risks and corresponding mitigation plans.Job Location: Bangalore
